Sampling, order & production
Sampling, minimum quantities, pricing and production lead times are confirmed after reviewing your specifications. Production begins only after the design, material, measurements, branding details and commercial terms have been approved in writing.
Worldwide shipping & policies
Worldwide delivery options are arranged according to destination, order volume and the agreed shipping method. Customs duties and import requirements vary by market. Custom and private-label orders are generally non-returnable after production begins unless otherwise agreed.
